Features, interfaces, data handling, and capabilities are subject to change without notice. TACITUS makes no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of outputs from its experimental products. Users access and use demo applications entirely at their own risk.

TACITUS collects only the data necessary to provide conflict intelligence services. We do not sell personal data. Conflict data processed through TACITUS is treated as confidential and is not used to train models without explicit consent.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and whether or not TACITUS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The TACITUS name, logo (◳), Conflict Grammar, Agentic Conflict Ontology (ACO), and all proprietary methodologies are the intellectual property of TACITUS.
The TACITUS Knowledge Pipeline open-source components are licensed under Apache 2.0 and may be used in accordance with that license.
All other TACITUS platform components, application code, ontological frameworks, and proprietary data structures remain the exclusive property of TACITUS and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without explicit written permission.
