Start with a claim, follow its source receipt, then inspect its review decision. These are the kinds of records a person or a task-bound agent would need to check an assessment. This downloadable fixture demonstrates the format; it does not run a PRAXIS agent or establish end-to-end integration.

Keep original claims and revise the blanket closure wording.
An initial closure report was repeated without a new observation. A later authority statement reports freight delays and open passenger lanes. Current independent conditions remain unconfirmed.

Nine proposed responsibilities, eight fixture layers
The proposed model names evidence, claims, situation/graph, temporal, ontology, reasoning, memory, governance and runtime. This v3 fixture contains eight corresponding layers: it has no separate memory layer. Identity and build metadata still exist in the manifest, but that does not demonstrate a complete revision-history implementation.
- Same responsibility, different label
- The capsule overview calls the situation layer “Graph”; the fixture calls it “situation”.
- Memory absent as a separate layer
- The minimal fixture has no memory directory or full change-history example. Do not infer it from the manifest timestamp.
- Other eight responsibilities
- Evidence, claims, situation, temporal, ontology, reasoning, governance and runtime are listed in the fixture manifest. Presence does not establish factual accuracy or a deployed agent.

One example file per capsule type
Integrity envelope (Merkle root, Ed25519 signing, capsule verify) is on the spec roadmap — ADR-009. Today you get the bundle’s SHA-256 above; the seal in the viewer is drawn deterministically from it.
