The Reference Capsule
This is a real Context Capsule — compiled with the open-source DIALECTICA CLI, downloadable below, and rendered here in your browser with no backend. Claims with trust tiers, time with two clocks, an expert’s reasoning devices, the review decision that gated it, and the source receipts behind every claim.
Reference capsule · synthetic scenario, clearly labeled · compiled 2026-06-08 with dialectica-cli · minimal canonical fixture — the structure is the point. Live-updating capsules with weekly change memos are on the roadmap and will land on this page.

Integrity envelope (Merkle root, Ed25519 signing, capsule verify) is on the spec roadmap — ADR-009. Today you get the bundle’s SHA-256 above; the seal in the viewer is drawn deterministically from it.
Real output from the open-source CLI — captured, not animated:

Pilots run 4–8 weeks: we build your first Situation Capsule from your sources and a guided interview, your team produces real briefs in PRAXIS, and everything your experts review stays yours — capsules are portable by design.
